Production process

We process in 6 steps from intake to shipment and keep control records for each step.

  1. 01

    Intake and sorting

    At intake, we check weight, origin documents and foreign matter, and give each raw material a lot number.

  2. 02

    Washing and drying

    After washing, raw materials are cut to suit each type, and drying temperature and time are recorded for each lot.

  3. 03

    Milling

    We set the mill to the requested particle size and clean the line whenever the raw material changes.

  4. 04

    Sieving

    We sieve for particle size with standard sieves and re-mill any out-of-spec particles.

    Inspection

    All output passes through a metal detector, and in-house quality test results are kept for each lot.

  6. 06

    Portioning and packing

    Weighed and packed in specified units, labeled with product name, weight, production date and lot number.
